AI systems in production for companies in finance, insurance, and real estate. The work is the unglamorous part of AI: making a model call hold up inside a real business.
Work shows up as attachments, and somebody has to read every one. I build pipelines that do the reading and turn the pile into structured, scored records a team can actually work.
Most bots forget what you told them two messages ago. My systems talk to a company's real customers and never lose track of state.
Nobody catches every mistake by hand. The layers I build check every file and every claim before anything ships downstream.
A person keeps the final yes. Accuracy is measured against locked eval sets, not vibes. When a system belongs in the client's cloud, that's where it lives.
A full-stack fantasy baseball platform I run for my own league: four data sources fused into one schema, every number in the league's own scoring, and a forecast engine that shows its work. Built like the systems above, because I don't know another way to build.
Plex for my record collection: the cover wall, a live price on every sleeve, and a wantlist that checks eleven Chicago shops nightly. It replaced browsing Discogs for everything I own.
The tools change every few months. Good. I pick whatever's best for the job that week, nothing I build locks to a single vendor, and every system is built to outlive the tools underneath it.
The frameworks and methods I run day to day are public in my workbench repo, Claude Code skills included. The backbone is Clodex, a four-stage pipeline that takes work from written plan to production.
